1. Hydrate Early

Start the morning with 16–24 oz of water to prime your digestion and energy levels.

2. Eat a Real Breakfast

Skipping breakfast leads to overeating later. Have protein + carbs + fruit to build a stable calorie base.

3. Move Your Body (30–45 minutes)

Before the big meal, get in a quick strength circuit or cardio session.

This boosts metabolism and reduces guilt later.

4. If You Want to Enjoy Dinner Guilt-Free…
