Grip Strength Matters!

Grip strength is EVERYTHING! We use it every single day: from opening jars, to carrying groceries, to lifting weights, and holding onto dear life.



The problem? Too many people rely on accessories like lifting straps or belts instead of training the real machine: your own body.


In the real world, there aren't any wrist straps to help you carry that heavy box or hold onto your kid’s bike as they learn to ride. Build your raw strength now, so you can rely on it when it matters most.

One way to build grip strength is through loaded carries.

Farmer Carries: Hold a heavy weight in each hand and walk for 30 seconds or more.

Suitcase Carries: Same idea, but only one side loaded to challenge your core and grip at the same time.


Both exercises force your grip, forearms, and shoulders to work overtime, just like they would in real life. No straps, no shortcuts.
