We offer sessions from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Standard sessions are 45-60 minutes. Longer sessions can be arranged.

Yes. Most clients schedule 2-3 sessions per week on the same days/times.

Yes. Weekend sessions are available at select times. Contact us for weekend availability.
