Baseline Performance Testing

Using specialized equipment available at our studio, we establish your baselines. This includes metabolic testing, strength ratios, and cardiovascular efficiency markers. This data allows us to provide truly bespoke training results.

Wear comfortable athletic attire. Arrive 10 minutes early. If you have recent medical records or imaging related to an injury, bring those along.
It's a working assessment. While you will be moving and performing exercises, the primary goal is diagnostic. We want to see how your body responds to stimulus so we can build the best program for you.
You'll be paired with the trainer best suited for your goals. We then schedule your first formal session, either at the studio or in your home.
