Reset. Refill your plate.</p><p>🦃 Let’s not forget Your Thanksgiving Fitness &amp; Wellness Hacks 🦃</p><p>1. Hydrate Early</p><p>Start the morning with 16–24 oz of water to prime your digestion and energy levels.</p><p>2. Eat a Real Breakfast</p><p>Skipping breakfast leads to overeating later. Have protein + carbs + fruit to build a stable calorie base.</p><p>3. Move Your Body (30–45 minutes)</p><p>Before the big meal, get in a quick strength circuit or cardio session.</p><p>This boosts metabolism and reduces guilt later.</p><p>4. If You Want to Enjoy Dinner Guilt-Free…</p><p>One strategy:</p><p>Hydrate → Eat breakfast → Train → Skip lunch → Feast with full joy.</p><p>No guilt. No restrictions.
