A1 Team wants to remind you of something important:

Don’t feel guilty if you gain a couple of pounds. You’re not alone, the rest of the world is right there with you.

This season is about enjoying the fruits of your labor (yes, pun intended 😄).

If you’re craving something, have it. Don’t deny yourself. Truly enjoy it. Food, time with family, rest, all of it matters.

What’s important to remember is that this is temporary. When the New Year arrives, you’ll be able to return to your successful routine and start building again, one day at a time.

That said, I do recommend staying slightly lightly active during this period:

A 20-minute jog or brisk walk

A simple at-home workout

If you’re traveling, hit the hotel gym for a fun, do-what-you-want type of workout

Nothing structured. No pressure. Just movement.

Another helpful tip:

Start easing back into your routine 2–3 days before returning to full-time work.

This makes the transition much smoother, both mentally and physically, instead of feeling like you’re flipping a switch overnight.

Going a full week (or longer) with zero physical activity can make it harder to bounce back.

That’s not just mentally, it happens at a cellular, biological, and hormonal level.

Think of your body like a battery. You don’t want it fully drained, just recharged enough to come back stronger.

Enjoy this time. Be present. Reset with intention. We’ll be here to help you build momentum again when you’re ready.

Team A1

Stay Strong

" Your Satisfaction is ur main priority "
