A1TrainingGroupLLC – Client Personal Training Package Payment, Refund & Cancellation Agreement

A1TrainingGroupLLC's Client Personal Training Package Payment, Refund & Cancellation Agreement will be deemed to be in effect when client's actively work with A1TrainingGroup's personal trainers. Active work is seen as when clients pay A1TrainingGroupLLC for, and attend personal training sessions with A1TrainingGroup's personal trainers. A1TrainingGroupLLC's Client Personal Training Package Payment, Refund & Cancellation Agreement policies are as follows: 

1. Upon purchasing any personal training package with A1TrainingGroupLLC, the client can meet with the personal trainer at any time. 

2. All A1TrainingGroupLLC personal training packages have an expiration date of 1 year.

3. A1TrainingGroupLLC is not responsible for scheduling personal training sessions between the personal trainer and the client. The personal trainer and client will be responsible for scheduling personal training sessions amongst themselves. 

4. All A1TrainingGroupLLC personal training packages will follow the rules and guidelines outlined in the “Payments, Refunds & Cancellations Policies” 



Payments, Refunds & Cancellations Policies 

1. The client will have to escalate a claim to A1TrainingGroupLLC if a refund is requested from the client.

2. If the personal trainer cannot train the client due to any circumstance or if the client does not want to continue working with A1TrainingGroupLLC’s personal trainer, a full or partial refund will be given to the client based on how many sessions were completed in the current package between the personal trainer and the client. Thus, if a refund is granted to the client, then the client will receive a refund equal to the amount of personal training sessions that are left in the client’s current personal training package. 

3. The client can switch personal trainers if the client’s primary personal trainer is not available to conduct personal training sessions. In this case, the client will not receive any refund.

4. A 24-hour notice must be communicated by the client to the personal trainer or A1TrainingGroupLLC prior to canceling any personal training session, otherwise the refund will not be approved. 

5. If the client is late to a personal training session with the personal trainer, then the client will continue out the rest of whatever is left of the personal training session. The personal trainer can extend the personal training session upon their own discretion. 

6. If the personal trainer is late to a personal training session, then a refund can be granted, if requested from the client. The trainer is allotted a 10-minute grace period, therefore, if the trainer is late past the 10-minute mark then the client can request a refund from A1TrainingGroupLLC. 

7. There are no refunds for A1TrainingGroup's "Big Pack" session offer purchases. The 15 session personal training package has an expiration date of 16 weeks after purchase. The 20 session personal training package has an expiration date of 20 weeks after purchase.

8. If the client cancels a personal training session with A1TrainingGroup's personal trainer 24 hours prior to the start of said personal training session then the client will forfeit that training session. To forfeit a personal training sessions means that the client will pay for the cost of 1 personal training session. The cost of the personal training session will be subject to change as each personal training package varies. 

9. This policy will not be in effect during major holidays:

(i) Christmas 

(ii) New Year’s Eve 

(iii) New Year’s Day 

(iv) Rosh Hashanah

(v) Yom Kippur 

(vi) Purim 

(vii) Thanksgiving 

(vii) Independence Day (July 4th)

(ix) Labor Day 

(x)Memorial Day 

8. Hybrid Training Program 

Clients that purchase the hybrid personal training program agree to the following terms & conditions: 

(i) Clients will have their form of payment processed on the 1st of every month, otherwise, the client will forfeit their personal training sessions with their assigned personal trainer. 

(ii) The client can not meet with their assigned personal trainer outside of the contract agreement, unless the client agrees to pay additional fees equivalent to A1TrainingGroup's regular private personal training prices (found in the "service price sheet" section on the A1TrainingGroup website) 

(iii) The client agrees to pay the monthly fee agreed upon every month. The exception to payment is during the holiday seasons mentioned below. 

a) Christmas 

b) New Year’s Eve 

c) New Year’s Day 

d) Rosh Hashanah

e) Yom Kippur 

f) Purim 

g) Thanksgiving 

h) Independence Day (July 4th)

i) Labor Day 

j) Memorial Day 

In this case the client's session(s) roll over into the next month.
