Quick Tips for Better Posture:

  1. Be mindful of your head position, leaning forward or rounding your chest = poor posture.


  2. Sit towards the edge of your chair and imagine a string pulling you tall from the top of your head.


  3. Elevate your laptop to eye level with books or a riser.


  4. If you have a standing desk, use it! Stand at least 20 minutes each hour—bonus:

    you burn ~100 calories every hour you stand.


  5. While on your phone keep it high
