A Bit About Me
Hi, I’m Philip — and Muay Thai and Kickboxing have shaped a huge part of who I am. What started as a personal interest grew into a real passion for understanding the discipline, focus, and conditioning that combat sports demand.

I spent several years in Zurich, Switzerland working at Pahong Muay Thai as a strength and conditioning coach. Supporting fighters through their training and competition prep taught me how effective, structured strength work can improve performance and prevent injuries. It also showed me how powerful resilience can be — both physically and mentally.

Now I’m based in New York City, and I bring all of that experience into my coaching. Whether someone is brand new to fitness or already an experienced athlete, I love helping them build strength, move better, and feel confident in what their body can do.

Outside of coaching, I’m usually still training in Muay Thai, playing soccer, or taking time to explore my creative side through photography.
