A Bit About Me
Hi! I’m Abby. I’m a certified Exercise Physiologist through ACSM, and I also specialize in pre/postnatal performance training through PROnatal Fitness. Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and my own love for calisthenics, running, and weightlifting shapes the well-rounded, practical approach I bring to every client session.

My training style blends strength and conditioning, functional movement, mobility, and interval-based workouts. I started volunteering in physical therapy clinics back in 2012, working alongside rehab professionals who taught me how to help people move better and stay injury-free. I officially stepped into personal training in 2015, and ever since, my goal has been to help clients achieve their best physical health in ways that are sustainable and genuinely enjoyable.
I’ve also competed in several powerlifting events, including USA Powerlifting meets and the Women’s Strength Coalition fundraiser for the Ali Forney Center. My love for fitness was inspired early on by my dad, a physical education teacher, and eventually led me to earn my BS in Exercise Science from Brooklyn College. Outside the gym, you can usually find me exploring nature, taking photos, or traveling. I’m a proud New Yorker, and I love bringing that energy and resilience into my coaching.
