Dr. HAI LIN
Doctor of Physical Therapy
A Bit About Me
Hi, I’m Hai. I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy, born and raised in New York City. I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees up in Ithaca, where I completed a Bachelor’s in Clinical Health Studies and later my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. During my clinical rotations, I worked everywhere from Mount Sinai’s spinal cord unit to sports orthopedic clinics — experiences that taught me that great physical therapy always comes back to two things: movement and genuine connection.

When I work with someone, my goal is to bridge the gap between pain and performance by really understanding who they are, what they can do right now, and what they want to achieve. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I look for the hardest thing you’re able to do well and use that as a bridge toward your functional goals.

I’m a big believer in exercise and movement as the most empowering and sustainable ways to create lasting change. Because of that, I’ve spent most of my continuing education learning from some of the best strength and performance coaches in the world. When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll probably find me with a self-help book, riding a CitiBike through the city, or playing pickup basketball somewhere in NYC.
